I enjoy traveling and taking pictures. By encountering different cultures and relating them to my own cultural background, it helps me observe and understand things from different perspectives.
I'm also a cat lover and enjoying planting trees. My fir tree is waiting for its fifth Christmas next winter. Hopefully I will get some peaches and hazelnuts (potentially walnuts) from my respective trees next year!
Not to brag, but I'm a big manga and anime fan. I think I was hooked by Detective Conan (which led me to crime novels as well) and Sailor Moon when I was around 6 years old. Since then, my Japanese skills have steadily improved. It was suggested that I list some of my favorite animes/mangas here, but I found it too hard to pick, especially since the comparison scale is not clear. Discussions are absolutely welcome!
